The Role:
Key accountabilities:

-Ensure that the Connected Home organisation is set up to deliver for the future: operating model, accountabilities, interfaces, governance, team transition etc.

-Lead the Connected Home talent acquisition strategy, working closely with resourcing partners and utilising appropriate channels to acquire and retain world class talent.

-Identify key capability gaps and build critical capabilities for Connected Home, including development of compelling learning agendas aligned to business needs.

-Champion and shape a global, innovation and customer-oriented culture within Connected Home.

-Ensure that performance is managed well in Connected Home, supported with a reward strategy that aims to acquire and retain talent.

-Oversee and implement the location strategy for Connected Home

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
-Ideally experience of working in a high tech environment.

-Good level of intellect and delivery focused, able to work at pace

-Able to build credibility fast with senior stakeholders and a high degree of personal impact

-A true business partner, able to challenge and influence

-Comfortable determining the people strategy as well as getting hands dirty and delivering

-Experience of : Org design & capability dev Talent acquisition & retention Reward & culture

-IT/IT Technology background
