The Company:
Our client is a major LNG company and one of the most successful global energy suppliers in the world.

The Role:
Responsible for providing vision and leadership to establish and develop sound work practices and to implement appropriate procedures to ensure smooth progression of all maintenance works. Advice on the development of Maintenance Metrics to drive and promote quality on all areas of operations and maintenance.
Champion the implementation of Maintenance, Reliability & Integrity Best Practices through company’s OMT process, manage risk based work selection process, FIMS exception reporting etc. Work in close liaison with CMC Superintendents to enforce Safety and Quality compliance; educate and train all planning and scheduling staff with world class norms in planning.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
Educational qualification in any Engineering field or equivalent. A masters in Business Administration or similar will be an added advantage.
• Extensive experience in the oil and gas industry with emphasis on operational planning, CMMS, budget control etc.
• Computer literate with a good knowledge of business software applications like SAP systems, and planning / scheduling software, i.e., Primavera.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills and ability to work as Team Leader and mentor.
• Exceptional interpersonal and delivery skills.
