The Role:
Job Summary
Execute and manage the acquisition of property required in various sectors (e.g. private, corporate, government-linked companies, other local operators, licensed network facility providers, etc) in accordance with roll-out timeline and within the budget allocated. Ensure that all properties are acquired in compliance with company policy and statutory requirement. Key Responsibilities
[Site acquisition]
Develop capacity plan and build the resources capacity in line with roll-out delivery time.
Enforce compliance of specifications in technical, safety, regulatory and legal terms throughout every implementation steps in S/A
Monitor and manage daily site acquisition productivity in every stages
Monitor and manage contractual performance of subordinates; and also of real state agencies, contractors and property owners.
Produce performance report periodically in line business requirement at different working and management level.
Engineer in root cause failure analysis leading to corrective action and prevent action for continuous improvement in productivity and/or capacity recovery.
Manage and motivate all team members within the regional team, across supporting functional team and external contractual teams towards common goals.

Adaptive to business change and able to re-act fast to changes
Structured in thinking and process to measure/monitor performance
Familiar with uniform building by law and local government requirement; and work-around solutions
Strategic thinker and skills to develop relationship with private / government

Key Relationships
Reports to Head of NW Property Management
Works with Head of NW Property Management to lead and help NW Property Management
Works with direct subordinates, contractors, property owners and statutory bodies.
Works with Head of NW engineering to build NW evolution and coverage planning
Works with Supply Chain, Finance, Human Capital and Regulatory for functional support.

Number of sites acquired within pre-defined timeline
Quality of sites acquired within pre-defined TSS candidates
Cost of sites acquired and its maintenance cost
Speed to replace a site that is to-be-dismantled.
