The Role:
Manage the Planning Function to provide effective delivery of planning services to support delivery of strategic and hub objectives. Effectively manage the planning team ensuring that effective training, coaching and support is provided to each team member Define, develop and implement planning and scheduling best practice, processes and standards. Act as system administrator for Primavera ensuring robust integration of single planning environment across departments.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the planning resources to ensure delivery of a service that fully supports the business
- Train, coach and support planners to ensure they have the required knowledge, competency and skill levels to support the business.
- Develop and implement company Planner competency Standard.
- Ensures that Functional and Asset data is collated in order to compile 5 year, 2 year, 90/28 day Integrated Activity Plans.
- Analyse and summarise planning performance KPIs for presentation at monthly Integrated Activity Planning and Business Review Meetings.
- Maintain a high level view of key activities for individual Hubs and across all Hubs.
- Identify and summarises planning clashes and interfaces that require resolution.
- Work with the Planning team and other functional department planners to continually improve the Planning Function.
- Process owner for Planning company Planning Procedures.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
Minimum HNC or equivalent in suitable discipline or relevant experience
Considerable experience in an integrated operations role.
Fully Conversant with Planning and Scheduling Practices
Fully conversant with Primavera Planning Software Tools,
Good understanding of offshore production operations.
Experience of Leading and Managing a team
