The Company:
Our Client is the largest LNG producing company in the world, with an annual LNG production capacity of 42 million tonnes per annum (MTA), safely and reliably delivering LNG to customers around the globe from world-class facilities in Qatar.

The Role:
• Plan and administer routine and preventive maintenance tasks in all Onshore Production facilities, assuring all resources needed; materials, manpower, services and external contracts to complete activities on time, reliable, safely and at best cost.
• Continuous liaison with maintenance, operations, finance, engineering, and supply departments, having also regular contact with vendors, equipment manufactures and contract service providers. Establish an effective planning and scheduling activity program for more than 300,000 maintainable assets for the largest LNG facility in the world, the Ras Laffan Refinery as well as Ras Laffan Terminal Operation, including jetties, berths, a sulphur plant and tank farms owned by 5 separate companies.
• Ensure that Computerized Maintenance Management System is being utilized effectively by more than 1000 Operation and Maintenance users in order to control asset history, resource management, planning and scheduling, spare parts, and cost records by comparing actual maintenance performance with standards set by policy. Analysis of data generated from above sources should highlight equipment condition and resource performance to identify key performance indicators and permitting managerial control to be exercised.
• Ensure Equipment Spare Parts for a life cycle operation and optimal stock levels to all maintainable Assets. Perform regular review of levels and obsolescence of spare parts for more than 400,000 stock materials in conjunction with Materials Department to maintain acceptable inventory cost.
• Liaise with Maintenance Heads Divisions; Workshop & Services, Technical Support, Shutdown, Asset Maintenance Facilities
• Assumes responsibility for all aspects of contracts management and follow-up in the Maintenance Department by assisting and supporting Maintenance Divisions to analyze specific work requirement and decide the best way of contracting necessary services; ensuring the best interest of the Company and most favorable terms. The numbers of External Services being managed in a yearly basis are approximately 200.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
• Bachelor degree in Engineering discipline.
• Total 12 years relevant experience in the maintenance of process oil & gas or petrochemical equipments with at least 5 years of experience in maintenance planning.
• Possess maintenance planning/scheduling experience with known CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System). Knowledge of SAP R/3 and Meridium data management control systems is a plus.
• Effective communication and ability to write technical reports.
• Team leadership and ability to coach, guide and motivate subordinates in a multi-cultural environment.
• Speaks and writes fluent English.
