The Company:
A provider of Electrician and Automation is seeking a Head of Sales

The Role:
•Responsible for achieving the key takeaway targets: e.g. volume, revenues, EBIT, product mix and price management.
•Responsible for attaining these targets in a profitable way with the specified channel customer(s), by executing a variety of pre-planned activities according to the action plan that is in line with the channel strategy.
•Responsible for gathering, understanding & analyzing information regarding channel partners (e.g. potential market share, competitors and pricing levels) in order to anticipate the evolution and future of the channel partners and their customers.
•Required to understand partners, processes, organization, decision makers, strategies, vision/projects and drive the business to a profitable direction alongside the partner.
•Responsible for creating the channel related plans and act accordingly to achieve targets, respect budgets and other related plans.
•Required to implement regular promotion and incentive programs as planned.
•Identifying potential buyers through an understanding of the partner’s needs- by knowing their visions, strategies and processes in order to create value for the partner and end-customer.
•Responsible for creating the channel strategy and ensuring there is no overlap or conflict with the other channel activities to achieve short and long term results.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
•Bachelor Degree in Engineering subject, or equivalent.
•Minimum 2-5 years of experience in a Sales or Key account management role preferred, in a company of a similar field. Alternatively, several years’ proven experience in other Marketing or Sales roles.
•Fluent in English. Skill in additional language is advantageous
•Ability to work in a multinational environment and in a matrix organization.
•Flexibility in travelling within the specified area/country.
•Preferred have network in utility industry
•Proven good leadership, communication and strategic business skills.
