The Company:
Our Client is an International Oil and Gas Operator involved in 2 of Australia's largest LNG Projects based in Western Australia.

The Role:
• Assist in the implementation of the Projects Operational Excellence Management Plan and associated project OE requirements • Implement & revise Projeccts CHESM documentation as required • Coach & Mentor projects stakeholders with regard to CHESM implementation requirements • Undertake monitoring and review activities associated with CHESM • Ensure Project CHESM database integrity, inputs and reports • Work closely with the Australasia Business Unit (ABU) for incorporation of ABU CHESM process requirements in the projectDevelopment; • Actively participate in H&S initiatives as required • Conduct Audits and Reviews as required by project phase. • Work closely with the Project Contractors to deliver H&S CHESM requirements, provide Health & Safety advice and guidance to the Wheatstone Project team, including Contractors, sharing of safety best practice and liaison with Client Safety Network • Deliver the H&S Management requirements into the project team work site. • Monitor leadership involvement in the implementation of the H&S Management Plan for the Fabrication Work Site(s). • Participate in Incident Investigations and be able to lead Root Cause Analysis on behalf of Upstream. • Audit Upstream Contractors and Subcontractors against their H&S Management Plans using Client audit protocols. • Participate in daily field H&S inspections and reviews. • Manage the measurement of the key Upstream Contractor H&S KPIs. • Support the implementation for key initiatives for improving H&S Culture within the Upstream Team. • Help support Contractor and Subcontractor H&S commitments to achieve an incident and injury free performance during execution of Fabrication activities. • Demonstrate leadership and participation in H&S Initiatives. • Assist in developing Client H&S Reports and H&S Management Plans applicable to Client personnel residing at SEC Fabrication Work Site(s).

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
Degree qualification essential
Industry experience required
Facilitative, analytical, communication. Attention to detail, communication skills.
Relevant HES qualification, training qualification
Length of assignment is 12 months, Perth location, 9 hour day with CWW,
