The Role:
An opportunity is currently avaialble for an experience Health & Safety Advisor to join the HES team. In this role you will be responsible for the following:
• Deliver the integration of Incident and Injury Free program / culture into Social Infrastructure
• Support the development of appropriate plans and procedures within Social Infrastructure
• Evaluate Bids and assess Contractors as part of the Contract Award process
• Support the implementation of the Operational Excellence process as part of the Detailed Engineering activities and into execution
• Participate in Incident Investigations and be able to lead Root Cause Analysis on behalf of Social Infrastructure
• Audit Contractors against their HES Management Plans and audit protocols
• Participate in Field HES inspections and reviews
• Manage the development and measurement of the key contractor KPIs
• Identify and implement initiatives for improving HES Culture within the Social infrastructure Team
• Demonstrate leadership and participation in OE/ HES Initiatives
• Write HES Reports and HES Management Plans suitable for field activities
Essential Skills / Qualifications:
In order to be considered for this role you will have 10 + years experience in a similar role within Oil & Gas as well as onsite construction experience. You will be a excellent communicator, motivated and have a sound knowledge of OH & S. Certifications required will be OHS, Risk Management and Incident Investigation.
Desirable Skills / Qualifications:
University qualifications preferred
