The Company:
Our Client is an International Oil and Gas Operator involved in 2 of Australia's largest LNG Projects based in Western Australia.

The Role:
The Health & Safety Supervisor Performance Reporting is a key member of the site HESQ project team, reporting directly to the Deputy H&S Superintendent. The H&S Supervisor Performance Reporting must possess the skills to provide HES performance reporting support to Client, Contractors and their subcontractors. The H&S Supervisor Performance Reporting role is to ensure that all aspects of H&S performance data are gathered and reported in a systematic and timely manner. A key feature of the role is the ability to routinely deliver high performance results in a demanding work environment, to ensure that an effective coordinated approach is deployed which ensures regulatory requirements are fully understood, appropriate controls are deployed and mitigation strategies implemented. The H&S Supervisor Performance Reporting must possess extensive experience and is technically competent (subject matter expert) in the following processes:
• Work Activity Schedule Planning
• HES Tracking Register
• Incident Data Base
• HESQ policies and procedures
• Hazard Identification Reporting Cards onshore Contractor Reports Coordinate & collate Contractor data and provide adhoc Contractor reports as required.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
High school diploma
5 years in a HES related role.
2 years in a supervisory role.
Engineering discipline HES Management system and HES Procedures
