The Role:
Primary Purposed of the Job:
• On shift provides nursing care and emergency first aid services to company employees.
• Provides assistance to head of Medical Division in conducting medical consultation and periodic examinations of Company employees.

Principal Accountabilities:
•Provides routine daily nursing care, which does not require the attendance of the Head of Medical Division.
•Provides first aid services to emergency cases occurring during shift.
•Assists in conducting daily medical consultations, and dispensing required medications.
•Undertakes biometric parameters during periodic medical examination of employees.
•Collect sample requested for further investigation, such as blood, urine and stools and observing strict safety measures.
•Preserves all medical equipment and medicaments according to hygienic medical Instructions.
•Preparing list of medical equipment and medicines and other statistics on conditions of employees as requested.
•Observes the confidentiality of the medical profession by refraining from giving any medical information on employees unless requested by head of Medical Division.
•Gives on continuous basis First Aid Training Course to Safety & Fire Fighting staff.
•Making arrangements with hospitals; purchasing medicines and maintaining, updating medical records and files for all employees and entering data in the computer.
•Provide new Insurance policy as issue new cards application, correction cards, and all the employee complains related to medical insurance.
•Carries out all administrative works and updating records belongs to clinic.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
•Completion of Secondary Education (12 years), followed by 3 years Nursing Diploma
•5 years’ work experience in Occupational and General Nursing
•Very Good Knowledge of Spoken and written English
•Computer Literate
