The Company:
Our client looking for Health, Safety and Environmental (HSE) Supervisor

The Role:
1.1. The Shore base HSE Supervisor is at a minimum responsible for the following duties:
1.1.1. Establishing shore base safety programs and policies in accordance with relevant standards.
1.1.2. Conducting safety assessments of all areas at the shore base to determine quality and effectiveness of the safety management systems.
1.1.3. Advising shore base supervisors and personnel on safety, health and environmental related issues.
1.1.4. Facilitating daily toolbox meetings prior to startup of every shift and ensuring that a Job Safety Analysis’ ("JSA") is conducted prior to start of every task.
1.1.5. Supervising incident investigations and preparation of reports.
1.1.6. Supervising daily inspection of all shore base equipment (cranes, forklifts, etc.) prior to startup.
1.1.7. Supervising the maintenance program for all shore base equipment (cranes, forklifts, etc.) to ensure all equipment is in safe working order.
1.1.8. Manages the maintenance program for all rigging equipment (slings, shackles, come-a-longs, etc.), to include inspection and certification, within respective inspection/certification time frames.
1.1.9. Ensuring all Material Safety Data Sheets ("MSDS") for all materials to be loaded / off loaded, including copies of MSDS for the shore base, the rig, and each vessel.
1.2. The HSE Supervisor shall also perform such other duties as may be requested or be necessary for the performance of Services hereunder.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
1.3. The HSE Supervisor shall be familiar with the environmental requirements including preparation and supervision of waste management plan.
1.4. The HSE Supervisor shall be familiar with quality management, preparation and execution on all relevant procedures.
1.5. The HSE Supervisor will be fluent in English and Russian.
Successful candidates shall, apart from meeting the requirements of the job description specified in COMPANY technical proposal and Client’s requirements, demonstrate proven track record of work in similar positions in one or more of the Russian offshore drilling and construction projects which include but are not limited to:
- Sakhalin 1 and 2 (Russian Far East)
- Yu.Korchagina and Filanovskogo fields (Caspian Sea)
- Priazovneft drilling project (Azov Sea)
- Building of North Stream pipeline
- Building and/or expansion of CPC marine terminal, offshore construction of Blue Stream and Dzhubga-Sochi pipelines (Black Se

Desirable Skills / Qualifications:
Successful candidates shall demonstrate excellent knowledge, shipping, customs and warehousing procedures, national and international HSSE rules and regulations, excellent English verbal and written skills, knowledge of PC and industry’s software. Knowledge of Novorossiysk and neighboring Black Sea ports infrastructure will be preferable and a plus.
