The Role:
Leverages organisational capability within Operational Leadership Teams (on and offshore) and offshore Heli Admin/Helicopter Landing Officer (HLO) positions to identify, understand and implement changes to planned activities and support requirements from Aviation Logistics

Provides Support to Aviation Logistic Staff in the preparation and confirmation of Field bed plans. Checks bed plan against flight lists, to accurately reflect current Personnel On Board status, for each Asset in the Field (may include additional vessels and drilling rigs)

Updates Vantage System to accurately reflect Flight Plans for each flight/transfer. Supports validation of ‘suitability-to-travel ‘checks for each passenger, including destination verification against activity plan.

Supports ‘walk-to-work’ transfers, produces flight lists, liaises with Support Vessel and Asset to capture transfer requirements and personnel details. This work includes managing port transfers/crew changes and associated land-based logistics.

Supports preparation of monthly helicopter activity reporting. Working closely with Aviation Staff to assist in the construction of the monthly report and metrics for all Aviation activities

Provides passenger support in the event of delays, alternative flights and other unplanned events includes booking taxi, bus, hotel accommodation to support optimal rectification of event.

Post holder may be required to support Offshore roles, including travelling Offshore to cover Operational roles. Also may be required to cover Aviation Logistic Staff and support ‘on-call’ rota.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
Knowledge of Vantage POB system is an essential component of this role.
Practical understanding of full aviation logistics lifecycle, including passenger and freight check-in.
