The Company:
Our Client is a world leading Automotive OEM which is responsible for some of the most iconic 4x4's & Sports Cars produced. Due to the huge demand for current models and substantial investment in future projects there is a requirement for more resources across the business in engineering & manufacturing on a contract basis.

The Role:
Develop, lead, and motivate a team to ensure Helpdesk can deliver excellent technical/non-technical support with outstanding customer service, satisfaction, and timeliness.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
1. Manage Help Desk resources for optimal performance in the distribution of the etracker job requests. This will consist of Preparing staffing Brief with our contracted services & resource management for incoming customer inquiries, projects and administrative work. 2. Develop and demonstrate an understanding of customer and business needs. 3. Resolve daily issues of a complex scope that impact the team and overall business in relation to the business as usual and project Moves & Changes. 4. Resolve escalated customer and vendor issues. 5. Lead and participate in projects. 6. Maintain a high level of employee morale within the team. 7. Obtain equipment, tools, and space needed to allow team members to adequately support the customers. 8. Develop and update schedule for new office moves. 9. Develop and enhance cooperative interdepartmental and vendor relationships and communications. 10. Manage the team of Harrow Green BAU operatives, lead and supervisor team. 11. Develop a performance
