The Company:
Our Client is an International Oil and Gas Operator involved in 2 of Australia's largest LNG Projects based in Western Australia.

The Role:
The main focus of the position to facilities the development/update of the long term HES Plan of the project including implementation of a revised web-based database to track actions across the project.

The position will also be required to facilitate the development of the 2013 Integrated HES Audit Plan and set up a formal process to assist the development of future years’ auditing requirements.
• Sustain the Implementation of the Operational Excellence Management System (OEMS)
• Facilitate the implementation of the Operational Excellence (OE) Processes within the Project
• Coach and train personnel on the Gorgon project in relation to the Operational Excellence Management System (OEMS).
• Maintain and monitor compliance with the implementation of the OEMS deliverables on the Project using the OE Roadmap.
• Maintain and support the Gorgon OE governance model and its application on the project, including interfacing with the ABU to ensure that the Project aligns appropriately with the Client's Operational Excellence(OE) requirements .
• Participate on the OE Community of Practice (COP) and communicate with Project Resource Company (PRC) on issues related to the OEMS.
• Contractor engagement - Work with the Upstream Development and Downstream Project teams, including the FEED/EPCm contractors to ensure project deliverables are aligned with OE expectations, including the development of an Incident and Injury Free culture within the Project.
• Compliance Assurance - Implement, maintain and monitor the application of the HES Audit Plan and Schedule. Facilitate and support the Gorgon Audit Action Team and participate on the ABU Compliance Assurance Action Team as the Gorgon HS&S representative.
Participate in Level 4 HS&S Asset Audits as required.
• HES Communication and Support - Provision of Health, Safety and Security advice and guidance to the project, including Upstream Development, Downstream, EPCm contractors, sharing of best practices and lessons learned.
Liaise with Chevron Communities of Practices (COP) and other relevant HES networks, interface with other project teams as required, such as Site Execution team and Operations team.
Provide support to the HES Manager and the HS&S and Environmental Team Leads as required

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
Diploma
3-5 years in HES role
Planning skills are essential. Excellent communications skills and ability to work with personnel across multiple teams
