The Company:
Our Client is an International Oil and Gas Operator involved in 2 of Australia's largest LNG Projects based in Western Australia.

The Role:
IMS Project Support: The position holder will be responsible for Safeguard Incident database support. This requires working with end users, interpretation on issues being raised and providing training support (30%) ABU IMS Administration: The position will be responsible for the data entry and administering data in the IMPACT incident management system. This will include transferring data from Safeguard to IMPACT and following up on project specific data issues in IMPACT (40%) ABU DMS Administration: The position will be responsible for uploading incident records into the ABU Document Management System for Corporate information management retention (20%) HES Data Analysis: The position holder will be required to provide ad-hoc analysis of incident and other related HES data to determine trends and provide summaries to management including the HES Leadership Team (10%) Working in a high demand MCP environment to meeting project deliverables and deadlines including short timeline ad-hoc requests. Position need to be well organized, able to deal with multiple tasks and have some HES or QA systems experience and technical knowledge of databases and complex spreadsheets.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
Education: University Educated - preferable
Experience: 1-3 years
Preferred Skills: Team worker, attention to detail, computer skills.
Additional Comments: Position duration is 12 months, located in Perth, working 9 hour days.
