The Company:
Our Client is an International Oil and Gas Operator involved in 2 of Australia's largest LNG Projects based in Western Australia.

The Role:
• Coordinate the HES Audit Schedule across contracts to ensure the appropriate level of HES assurance is being carried out in accordance with contractual requirements.
• Maintain the HES Audit Schedule; carry out monthly audit schedule review meetings with Contract Owners/Focal Points and Health & Safety and Environmental Advisors.
• Interface with the Wheatstone Project Central Team on OE Assurance activities to demonstrate Upstream OE compliance.
• Maintain the HES Audit Checklists / Templates required for auditing.
• Prepare Audit Terms of Reference for each of the scheduled HES Audits.
• Clearly communicate audit expectations at opening meetings.
• Carry out HES Management System and Adequacy Audits.
• Clearly communicate audit findings at Audit closeout meetings.
• Prepare and issue HES Audit Reports for each of the scheduled audits.
• Populate the HES Action Tracking System with Company specific audit actions and work with the Upstream OE Data Performance Coordinator to track closeout of actions required by Company personnel.
• Ensure Audit Team members have received the necessary Company Auditor training prior to participating in HES Audits.
• Communicate HES Audit Findings at Management meetings.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
Tertiary Education (Degree qualified)
10 – 15 years oil and gas experience (onshore & offshore) with HES Management Systems

Desirable Skills / Qualifications:
Lead Auditor HES Auditor for major onshore and offshore audits.
Strong leader, good communicator who can relate to all levels of an organisation.
Good report writing skills.
