The Company:
Major Oil & Gas Company in Pittsburgh is currently hiring an HES Project Coordinator for Siesmic activities.

The Role:
The HES Project Coordinator will be responsible for all aspects of HES including but not limited to...

•Implement and Verify CHESM Mitigation plan
•Develop and monitor Contractor KPI expectations
•Ensure compliance with HES/OE expectations
•Develop and oversee implementation strategies for in-field Risk Management and mitigation
•Develop a standardized daily reporting format for all sites
•Design and implement Behavioral Based Safety Strategy for project
•Track, compile and evaluate Haz Id and BBS data for trending purposes
•Oversee MSW processes
•Provide guidance to Contractor HES Personnel regarding HES Education Initiatives
•Retain documentation pertaining to site audits/inspections
•Support Contractor Supervisors with incident planning and response
•Develop clear Worker Safety Participation objectives – based on leading indicators
•Develop and maintain an effective Safety Participation Recognition Program
•Provide guidance and oversight of Contractor pre-project start-up meetings
•Manage HES QCs and communications – Liase with Project Management Team

This is a rotating 14/14 work schedule.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
Candidates MUST have experience with Siesmic projects.
