The Role:
Responsibilities for this position may include but are not limited to:
• Support planning and implementation of compliance assurance process for Thailand Profit Center.
• Update new health, environment and safety (HES) regulatory requirements, translate some new requirements into English and maintain the requirement registers
• Prepare and conduct compliance assurance audit including preparation of audit report.
• Conduct training for new auditor.
• Coordinate development of corrective action plans, tracking progress and present the updates.
• Coordinate with relevant subject matter expert and operation personnel to ensure compliance with HES requirements.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
Required Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Occupational health & Safety and/or Environment Science or relevant degrees in Chemical, Safety and Environmental engineering.
• At least 10 year working experiences with at least 5 year experiences in compliance assurance process management and implementation and audit.
• Good knowledge in health, environment and safety regulatory requirement is preferred with field level application experience.
• Experiences in conducting HES compliance audit or act as lead auditor are a plus.
• Working experience in pertro-chemical, oil and gas industry is an advantage
• Proficient in English with required TOEIC Score of 800.
• Good working attitude, can work under pressure and good interpersonal skill.
