The Role:
Data Analysis and Reporting *Track progress against key metrics by setting up and maintaining a tracking spreadsheet and liaise with contractor owners and leadership to ensure targets are met, developing progress reports and presentations for onwards communication to leadership teams. *Conduct performance reporting and trend analysis, developing quarterly reports and communication material for contractors and internal management to id gaps. *Develop and deliver reports and communication /awareness material on Competency Assessments and Field verification performance as required. *Develop and deliver monthly scorecard Communication Material *Update standard presentation slides for Contractor Review Committee meetings (e.g. tracking of spend by grade, changes to grades, incidents etc) liaising with stakeholders as required to obtain the information *Support development and delivery of communications as required (e.g. Leadership Teams, Contract Review Committee, Townhalls, cross functional contractor engagement sessions etc) General Process Support *Support Training activities as required, including managing logistics and coordination of sessions, development and delivery of training material and maintenance of training records. *Develop a quarterly schedule for competency assessments and field verification (FV) activities working with work owners, contract owners and site manager and coordinate activities to ensure schedule is executed according to plan. * Support internal management in the identification of action plans to close gaps, working through contractor owners to raise awareness and support formulation of action plans. * Support development of 3 year audit plan and annual audit schedule, coordinating execution of schedule with lead auditor(s) *Supports team in the maintenance of an up to date list of contract owners and ensures contract owner assigned to each contractor with a high and medium risk work profile and that contractors with a low contractor work risk profile will be assigned a contract owner *Ensure contractor database is kept up to date (adding / removal of contractors) * Support Contractor Prequalification process as required for new and renewal of existing contracts. *Support Transition to new Process as required including: - management of data input for contract owner - transition of data for current contracts into new IT Tool
Education: College degree required.
Experience: 3-5 years’ experience in providing Health, Environment and Safety support in the oil and gas industry. Experience with operations – contractor interface in the oil and gas industry highly desirable.
Preferred Skills: MS Office expertise including Outlook, Excel, Word, Power Point, demonstrated data management and analysis skills (quantitative and qualitative) and ability to draw conclusions and develop action plans from analysis. Ability to plan and schedule activities working with multiple stakeholders. Experience with contractor databases a plus as well as demonstrated ability to quickly learn new computer applications as needed. Must have good communication skills – written and verbal; and ability to work in a team.
Certification: None required.
Additional Comments: Initial 6 month trial period, to be extended if good performance. Duration 1 - 2 year
