The Company:
Our Client is an International Oil and Gas Operator involved in 2 of Australia's largest LNG Projects based in Western Australia.

The Role:
To provide Technical Assistance to the Upstream HES Team, including data collection, data reporting, maintenance of Upstream HES recording tools for Upstream project performance reporting.
• Establish Monthly HES Performance Reporting timelines and communicate to the company and Contracting groups.
• Ensure HES Performance Reporting requirements are defined and communicated for all the company Upstream and Contracting groups participating in Monthly performance reporting.
• Maintain the Monthly HES Performance Reporting database and ensure all details are maintained for accurate Monthly HES Performance Reporting (i.e. as new Contracting groups are established include details into database).
• Align all HES Performance Data to Upstream Contract requirements.
• Interface with Central HES Data Coordinator to develop Monthly HES Performance Reports for inclusion into the project MCP Reporting, PRC Reporting, JVP’s Reporting, corporate reporting and DRB Reporting.
• Coordinate input from the Project HES Advisors, Contract Owners and other project members in the development of tailored HES Performance Reports
• Assist with Upstream Incident and Investigation reporting and entry into Impact Database.
• Provide general administration support for the Upstream HES team.
• Establish HES trend analysis reports to help communicate key opportunities for performance improvement.
• Participate in the company OE Management System activities and support a Stop Work Authority.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
5 years+ in a similar position within the O&G or resources industry.
• Literacy with spreadsheets and all MS Office products
• Familiar with report writing and data analysis
• Familiar with Microsoft packages (e.g.excel. powerpoint,) and databases.
• Be able to perform tasks in isolation, have good communication skills, be able to work with management personnel, supervisory and work task level personnel on a regular basis. Self motivated.
