The Company:
An international EPC Company involved in LNG and Mining Projects.

The Role:
The position is BWI rotational based. The HES Incident Management Advisor key member of the BWI HESQ team. The HES Incident Management Advisor must possess the skills to provide incident investigation and incident management coordination.

The HES Incident Management Advisor’s role includes the provision of specialist and technical incident management advice and guidance, ensures incident are notified and investigated with specified timeframes. The HES Incident Management Advisor will ensure that incident investigation resources are effectively utilized, ensures that RCA are accurately performed. The specific responsibilities include:
• SafeGuard data input
• incident investigation
• Root Cause Analysis facilitation
• Incident investigation planning
• Incident report writing
• Incident management reviews
• BBS Program support
• Hazard Intervention support
• Awards and recognition program support
• HESQ Awareness program support
• HESQ Audit program support

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
• Senior level position with broad technical and SHE&S skills with in-depth working knowledge of project incident management systems
• Subject matter expert in root cause analysis.
• Knowledge of incident investigation strategies
• Technical competence in occupational safety. health, and environmental stewardship; risk assessment; regulatory interpretation, human factors and SHE&S management systems.
• 10+ years broad-based experience preferred, with prior experience in one or more HES related disciplines
• 5+ years in a HES Supervisory role
• Leadership by example: recognizes, develops and enhances the potential of the workforce to achieve flawless execution.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and persuasive
• Effective coaching: understands and articulates performance expectations and is effective in communicating these to the work force and motivating them to achieve results.
• Extensive organizational skill: possesses initiative to independently

Desirable Skills / Qualifications:

Proven ability to assess incident investigation issues related to the Gorgon construction project, including contractors and stakeholders
