The Company:
An international EPC Company involved in LNG and Mining Projects.

The Role:
This is an immediate requirement

•Reports to HESQ Administration Coordinator
•Collates data for HESQ Reports for departmental, internal and external stakeholders
•Conducts HESQ performance trend analysis:
•Lesson Learned
•Audit actions
•Implements, maintains, improves and streamlines the HESQ Reporting Matrix
•Maintains and Tracks incident actions
•Develops systems for reporting/recording HESQ statistics
•Monthly Contractor CEO Reporting
•Contractor Incident Engagement Data Management
•Sensing Metric Management
•Technical Support Department Dashboard preparation
•Award & recognition program support
•Maintain the HESQ Work Activity Schedule
•Other administrative duties as required.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
•Advanced MS Office Skills (Excel Mandatory)
•Minimum of 5 years experience in Oil and Gas Industry (or similar)

Desirable Skills / Qualifications:
•Two years experience in HESQ related role
•Demonstrated experience in the design, implementation, analysis and reporting associated with HESQ management and monitoring programs
•Demonstrated experience in the management of HESQ data management systems
•Demonstrable experience with development and implementation of HESQ Management Systems and Plans
•Demonstrated experience in liaising with other disciplines, client representatives, and contractors in office and site situations
•Demonstrated experience of collaboration with other HESQ professionals
