The Company:
The client is a leader within the Automation and Control Systems field with operations in 100 countries worldwide. They specialise in providing integrated solutions to the Transmission and Distribution and Oil & Gas industry with projects offshore and overseas.

The Role:
My client is looking to recruit an experience High Votlage Service Manager who will manage the business processes and be accountable for the finance and profitability of the operations whilst ensuring all company policies and procedures are implemented and maintained within strict guidelines.

Key duties will include:

• Implementing and promoting all internal policies and procedures for OHS, Quality and Environment within the business
• Leading, managing and developing the Power Products High Voltage Service Team personnel
• Developing the HV Retrofit, GCB overhaul and other service offerings whilst overseeing the after sales service to customers
• Taking full responsibility for the profit and loss of the Power Products High Voltage Service business stream
• Deploying equipment to plant
• Regularly reviewing all project, service work and contracts on a monthly basis with the Management Accountant and team where applicable
• Reviewing and approving a monthly trading sheet and the gross margin forecast with the Management Accountant and Project Managers
• Delivering the monthly KPIs as agreed with the General Manager

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
The successful candidate must have a strong background in High Voltage Service ideally with sound technical knowledge and commercial / contracting experience. A good understanding of High Voltage products including protection and control systems is essential. Good computer literacy, commercial awareness, people management skills and a strong health and safety culture, while maintaining the ability to deliver service on time and to a pre-determined budget.
