The Company:
Our Client is an International Oil and Gas Operator involved in 2 of Australia's largest LNG Projects based in Western Australia. The Role:
Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
- Coordinates and performs a range of staff and/or operational support activities for the unit; serves as a liaison with other Program and project teams in the resolution of day-to-day administrative and operational problems.
- Provides administrative/secretarial support for the program such as answering telephones, assisting visitors, and resolving and/or referring a range of administrative problems and inquiries.
- Schedules and coordinates meetings, events, interviews, appointments, and/or other similar activities for supervisors, which may include coordinating travel and lodging arrangements. Prepares or assists with the preparation of scheduled and/or ad hoc statistical and narrative reports; performs basic information gathering and analysis and/or forecasting, as specifically directed.
- Assists program management and staff in problem solving, project planning, and development and execution of stated goals and objectives.
- Establishes, maintains, and updates files, databases, records, and/or other documents; develops and maintains data, and performs routine analyses and calculations in the processing of data for recurring internal reports.
- Provide customers with a first point of contact for HR Services (Personal details, Employee Benefits, Payroll services, HR Reports and HR data management, HR Policy availability and eligibility) with particular emphasis on delivering a high level of customer service and continually identifying and implementing process improvements.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
Education: Tertiary
Experience: 5 + years within Administration function
Certification: High level knowledge of Microsoft Office

Desirable Skills / Qualifications:
Candidate should be able to; handle a variable workload, ensuring accurate and timely completion of assigned takes, have a hands on and collaborative approach to identifying solutions for owner’s team, ability to work with sensitive data and maintain integrity of personnel information.
