The Company:
Our Client is a world leading Automotive OEM which is responsible for some of the most iconic 4x4's & Sports Cars produced. Due to the huge demand for current models and substantial investment in future projects there is a requirement for more resources across the business in engineering & manufacturing on a contract basis.

The Role:
A key member of the HR Direct team responsible for ensuring organisation and employee data is accurately maintained. Dealing with a high volume of work in a Shared Service environment.

Role will be based at Whitley. Some travel to other sites may be required to support customer meetings

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
1)Experience of SAP Organisation Management
2)Experienced HR Administrator
3)Strong IT skills

* Operational knowledge of SAP HR, ability to operate in a fast paced environment,
* HR administration experience, strong ability to self-organise and manage conflicting priorities.
* Excellent communication skills both oral and written.

Desirable Skills / Qualifications:
Previous HR Shared Service Centre experience.
