The Company:
Our client is an International Oil and Gas Exploration and Production Company with operations in 16 countries, they have achieved spectacular growth in the past ten years, growth which they expect to continue.

There Southern North Sea (North) facility comprises both on and offshore natural gas production and processing facilities. They include 18 offshore producing gas platforms off the east coast of Yorkshire.

The Role:
Description of role
Reporting to the HR Advisor, this position will support the HR function in an administrative capacity. The successful candidate will run an efficient, productive HR Admin function, keeping records up-to-date and ensuring processes are followed.
A key part of this role is managing employee queries; the candidate should always be approachable and helpful. With excellent prioritisation skills, the successful candidate will complete various tasks assigned by the HR Advisor and support the wider team where necessary.

Your duties will include:

Payroll

Creating reports for expenses and overtime to be paid each month
Completing payroll forms
Write and send letters

New Starters
Ordering Protective Personal Equipment
Sending out benefit packs and other forms
Preparing contracts/ offer letters
Ownership of employee files and databases
Informing key teams of employee details

Monthly tasks
Probationary review process
Medical Process

Weekly tasks:
Booking medicals
Scanning and filing

Daily tasks:
Keeping relevant databases up to date
Logging and authorisation of invoices
Employee query management from onshore and offshore employee’s including the HR mailbox
Processing of incoming mail
Keeping relevant spreadsheets up-to-date
Sickness and absence process

Other tasks:
Eye care voucher process
Controlling the appraisal, pay review and bonus processes
Support with training and recruitment administration
Qualification/Experience
CPP qualified/ HR experience (both desirable)
Experience of working with confidential information
Query management
Prioritisation
Payroll admin
