The Company:
Our Client appears in the FTSE 100 index and is an international energy services company specializing in Oil and Gas and has annual revenues of over £2.6 billion. They believe that it is the people that drive their success, from Project Managers, Project Engineers, consultants to designers and commercial personnel. They work globally employing over 20,000 people on major operations including the UK.

The Role:
HR Administrator required ASAP to join HR team on major project based in Client offices in Westhill on a 12 month contract.

Main Duties:
o HR systems management and updating.
o Interfacing with recruitment team and Contract Leadership team on interviews and candidates.
o Production of HR weekly and monthly reports and summaries of absence, new starts, leavers, headcount etc.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
o Experience in Oracle HRMS / Gateway system.
o Experience in employment contract administration.
o Experience in HR lifecycle administration (new starts, pay reviews, exit process etc).
o Experience in working within and contributing to Contract HR related KPIs
o Ability to produce high level of Contract HR reports on weekly and monthly basis for Contract Leadership Team and Client.
o Significant HR Admin / Admin experience in busy O&G service company environment preferred.
