The Company:
Our Client is an International Oil and Gas Operator involved in 2 of Australia's largest LNG Projects based in Western Australia.

The Role:
Administrator in HR Service Centre Team
• Resolve queries in accordance with Service Level Agreement.
• Administer HR programs and entitlements in accordance with policies and procedures
• Record, update and close all queries in the Call Management System
• Maintain HR Services on the iWay
• Provide first line direct support to Business Unit queries relating to HR queries (policy administration, personnel related queries, leave, pay, position and personnel movements)

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
Intermediate – Advanced Outlook Intermediate Excel Intermediate - Advanced Word
Service Centre experience (IT or HR) Demonstrated customer service approach
Excellent communication, both written and verbal Responsiveness Strong customer focus Ability to follow up and follow through Analytical ability to understand customer queries and either resolve or investigate to provide information to other HR teams for resolution Reliable/dependable
