The Role:
HR Administrator required ASAP to join the Corporate team at our client. Reporting to the HR Team Leader you will be a key member of the HR team with responsibility for supporting the HR Team to deliver the HR Strategy and UK Operations Business Plan.

The main duties involved in this role are:

Prioritise workload to ensure a proactive approach to delivering the administration requirements of the HR Team (File maintenance, database administration, report preparation, payroll administration and any other administration required by the HR Team including attendance at formal meetings as minute taker).

Deliver an efficient and effective administration service to generate standardised, accurate data and information as and when required.

Work alongside the wider HR Team to implement enhancements and improvements to processes to maximise efficiencies in all elements of HR Administration.

Cover for HR Advisor as and when required.

Build and maintain effective working relationships, internally and externally to maximise successful delivery of all areas within your responsibility.

Proactively review all systems and processes within your area of responsibility to maximise business process efficiencies and effectiveness.

Undertake on-call and emergency response duties as and when required.

Compliance with WGPSN Core Values at all times.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
HNC Level Qualification.

Desirable Skills / Qualifications:
Degree Level Qualification.
Certificate in Personnel Practice.
