The Role:
Support recruitment activity for the HR Business Partner’s for new staff and contract positions in Uxbridge, Algeria and for all El Merk EPC locations: UAE (Sharjah); Italy (Milan, Faenza, Fano) with particular responsibility for formatting job descriptions, posting jobs with agencies / Taleo, collating CV’s, tracking applications, organising interviews etc.,

Provide administrative support to HR and expatriates with regard to international transfers / relocation and repatriation across operating locations.

Maintain HR recruitment related reports and updating trackers to ensure high standards of data integrity

Processing of Service Order amendments for authorisation

Assist with timeline allocations for anticipated mobilisations working closely with the HRBP’s

Ensure all HR recruitment documentation is updated on a regular basis and managed with confidentiality

Assist in the preparation of HR Department Process Maps

Assist with general department filing for contractors and maintaining records as appropriate

Assists with special projects as assigned

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
Qualifications:
The candidate should possess strong Administrative skills. A CIPD qualification is desirable.

Required Experience:
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Human resources in a dynamic & international organisation
• Strong working knowledge of MS Office systems, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel (level of expertise for Excel must be at a minimum, intermediate level)
• Experience within the oil and gas industry would be an advantage
• Recruitment administration experience
• Experience of immigration compliance requirements/processes are desirable

Additional skill sets/experience:
• Excellent verbal and written communication and organisational skills
• Self-starter with strong organisational capability
• Team player with willingness to learn and support additional activities as workload dictates
• Experience of working with a web based recruitment programme is desirable
• Ability to use initiative
• French language an advantage
