The Role:
Responsible for the support of general administrative Human Resources functions
to the Human Resource Manager.
I
 Obtain knowledge base for addressing questions regarding HR matter. Using this
knowledge to assist existing employees.
 Coordinate Personnel Change Forms (WCA) for Expat Resident, Nationals
Resident and National Commuter (if require the NC compensation data),
 Update the New Hire/Termination and claim record to Insurance Company.
 Update the New Hire Enrollment/Termination and Employee Personal Information
Change Form
 Update Emergency contact number and personal information of Shore Based
personnel and ensure the data is accurate and up to date.
 Review monthly headcount report for Shore Based personnel and ensure the data
is accurate.
 Monitor Implementation of Seniority Awards.
 Manage and Track the Medical Examination record for National Shore based
personnel.
 Maintain the Nationals Residents and National Commuter personnel files
 Adhoc administrative duties, as and when required
