The Role:
Main Purpose of the Role
Provide a high level of administration support within the Personnel Systems & Administration Team and to the agreed customer base. Provide information to customer base within scope of responsibility.

Scope of the Role
This role within the Personnel Systems & Administration Team, will provide administrative support for the client area in Personnel and Recruitment matters.
Duties will include:

- Providing a high level of administration support to the Personnel Systems & Administration Manager, Senior Personnel Officer (SPO) and Personnel Officer (PO) in the team, covering activities such as diary management and typing.
- Produce and process necessary paperwork to support a number of personnel activities, including salary increases, organisational charts, promotions, disciplinary hearings and other activities as they arise.
- Maintain, update, and interrogate the HR SAP computer system.
- Maintaining filing system for recruitment and operational matters.
- Carry out all administration tasks to support recruitment activity fully, utilising the SAP system.
- Create and maintain regular statistics for customer areas.
- Update organisation charts on a monthly basis for client area.
- Organise and host assessment centres including administration of psychometric tests.
- Maintain a system track headcount moves within the client area
- Create and update the organisation charts for client areas on a monthly basis.
- To create and maintain a system track and Headcount Requisitions and Payroll Authorisations raised for the client areas through the authorisation route.
- Create and maintain a database for relocation, maternity and salary increase.
- Meet and greet new starters and complete new starters paperwork including dossiers. Support induction as required.
