The Role:
This job specification details the requirements for the role of HR Administrator, reporting directly to the HR Compensation & Benefits Representative.

Responsible for providing an efficient and effective administrative service to the HR Department.

Administration Services for the HR Department.

Manage the administration of the Recruitment Process.
• Liaise with agencies
• External and Internal advertising campaigns
• Organise online testing for recruitment
• Organise interviews and selection days
• Preparation of contracts
• Maintain Recruitment administration process including online files

Training Database:
• Ensure all new starter information is entered
• Maintain training course data
• Maintain competency data

• Issuing of joining instructions.
• Confirmation of delegates
• Booking of venue & food/drink
• Issuing & collation of evaluation forms
• ILM Walled Garden Administration

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
• GCSE/O Level Standard (Upper Grades) Including Maths and English
• Relevant experience in an administrative position.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office packages or management databases.
• Demonstrate own initiative
• Ability to work without supervision
• Forward thinking
• Flexible approach
• Cultivation of strong customer relationships (internally and externally)
• Strong numerical, administrative and organisational skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Desirable Skills / Qualifications:
Certificate in Personnel Practice
Previous experience in an HR or Recruitment environment
Previous experience in a finance position
Proficiency to Intermediate level in Microsoft Excel, Word and Powerpoint
