The Company:
Our client is an Engineering Services company, who are an international technical consultancy, providing a range of services including licence to operate, asset management, manufacturing improvement and capital investment to customers in the chemical, petrochemical, oil & gas, pharmaceutical, manufacturing and consumer industries worldwide

The Role:
ROLE REQUIREMENTS:
Acts as initial point of contact for enquiries to the UK HR Centre. Administers incoming queries, providing employee and HR information to managers and staff. Undertakes HR administration in line with UK Policy and Procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
• Execute HR Administration in a timely and accurate manner
• Maintain the HR database
• Provide data for performance reporting / Key Performance Indicators
• Update information, guidelines, policy on intranet / HR portal
• Develop and maintain a knowledge of UK HR policies and procedures
• Administer HR processes such as Development, Recruitment, Benefits, Employee changes, Performance Management, Pensions and Retirement
• Support and co-ordinate HR processes at a UK level, eg monitor the Attendance Management System including compiling monthly reports
• Provide additional support to annual UK-wide processes
• Assess incoming issues and their priorities and anticipate information or actions required in order to ensure the other members of the UK HR Team are kept up to date on all relevant issues and that the efficiency of the HR Centre is sustained

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
Good MS Office knowledge

Desirable Skills / Qualifications:
HR Experience
