The Role:
Collate and submit the necessary work permit documentation for new staff assigned to positions overseas and other project associated locations. Monitor progress of same.
Coordinate pre-assignment formalities for assignees (including medicals)
Provide administrative support to HR Business Partners and expatriates with regard to rotator international transfers / relocation and repatriation across operating locations.
Organise contractors’ initial travel to projects site (s)
Generate work permit status reports and maintain any other related reports
Ensure all HR records/documentation are updated on a regular basis and managed with confidentiality.
Tracking and coding of invoices relative to position
Provision of additional information/documentation for the work permit renewal process, working closely with HMD-HR.
Maintain employee personnel files and contractor records
Cover for the HR Administrator role responsible for recruitment when required
Assist with special projects as assigned.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
Educated to a minimum of A level standard is essential
The candidate should possess strong Administrative skills
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Human resources in a dynamic & international organisation
Strong working knowledge of MS Office systems, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint
Experience within the oil and gas industry would be an advantage
Experience of immigration compliance requirements/processes are desirable

Desirable Skills / Qualifications:
Excellent verbal and written communication and organisational skills
Self-starter with strong organisational capability
Team player with willingness to learn and support additional activities as workload dictates
Ability to use initiative and maintain confidentiality
French language an advantage
