The Company:
A majoir Oil and Gas operator for an offshore project

The Role:
The service holder assists the Human Resources Leader in the performance of his/her duties and will be particularly in charge, under supervision of the Human Resources Leader, of the process related to the hiring of services from
Technical Assistance Companies.

As such, the service holder is responsible for:
- Providing advices to Human Resources Leader on legal aspects related to contracts with Technical Assistance Companies;
- Organising, when services shall be hired, the tendering process up to contract award, in liaison with Contract Leader, and for managing contracts and renewals as necessary;
- Collecting and administrating confidentially all the documents required in contracts;
- Maintaining up-to-date the personnel databases and files.

The service holder will have to liaise actively with Project Management and all Package and Line Managers for the performance of the above duties. The service holder may also have to liaise with Group HR, TOTAL HR, TEP Angola
HR.
The service holder shall observe strict confidentiality during all the course of the Project.
The service holder reports to the Human Resources Leader.
The service holder is also accountable for demonstrating an exemplary behaviour with regard to HSE rules & requirements.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
Professional Experience (years): 7-15
Experience in similar position (years): 3-7
Level / Diploma: Engineer, or equivalent
Languages: English mandatory
