The Company:
Is a leading Automotive manufacturer with a reputation for outstanding quality the world over. With demand increasing and an upturn in production, there is a need to bring further skills into the business to deliver on current and future projects.

The Role:
Main Purpose of the Role

Provide an efficient and integrated planning, support and administration service to HR Operations for the Grading roll out, including provision of first level information, contracts creation, monitoring against plan, advice and guidance to HR Operations.

Scope of the Role

- Planning, coordination, administration and reporting
- HR systems/data and record keeping
- Support implementation of KUBI for all
- Policies/procedures

Qualifications and Experience

- Qualifications to A level (or equivalent) – degree calibre candidates desired.
- Demonstrable experience within a fast paced administration/coordination role (ideally within a HR team).
- Effective communication, organisational and planning skills, with the ability to influence and assert where appropriate.
- Strong IT skills, in particular Outlook, Word and PowerPoint. Microsoft Project would be an advantage.
- Advanced Excel skills required for tracking, monitoring and reporting.
- HR SAP experience is desirable
- Demonstrable high level of literacy and numeracy.
- Positive and active team player.
- Pro-activeness and initiative/ self-starter.
- High level of attention to detail.
- Ability to learn new IT systems quickly.
