The Role:
MAIN GOALS AND OBJECTIVES

Provide a high level of administration support within the HR operations team to the agreed customer base. Provide information to customer within the scope of responsibility.

MAIN RESPONSIBILTIES

Assist in the daily function and running of HR operation team by providing administrative support including preparation of routine documentation relevant to recruitment and operational HR matters. Fully utilise SAP system to record new starters, leavers, organisation and personal changes, as well as maternity, long term sickness and contractor information. Provide advice within line of authority.

Produce and maintain regular statistical reports for the customer area.

Process purchase orders, maintain accurate database for relocation claims within the client area.

Dependant on the area of HR Administrator supports, the role will also include global employee coordination, KUBI system administration, or some duties of HR Officers e.g. grievance/ investigations, activity & HR project planning.

Read, route and prioritise incoming mail/ telephone calls and correspondence. Maintain an accurate, comprehensive and accessible filing system for operations. Assist SHRO and HRO and other tasks as required.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

Positive and self motived team player with experience of team working.
Willingness to adapt and take on a variety of other duties within the team.
The ability to prioritise own tasks
Good communication skills

PRACTICAL & TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE

Experience of work as an administrator is essential.
Knowledge of SAP HR would be highly advantageous.
Fully conversant with Microsoft Office and email with a high level of keyboard skills/ accuracy.

QUALIFICATIONS

GCSE or equivalent in Maths and English
