The Role:
The opportunity has arisen for a HR Administrator on a temporary to permanent basis to join the HR & Admin Group.
The Group provides a complete Human Resources and Facilities service to managers and associates within the UK and European offices of Italy, Turkey, Germany as well as support to Romania.
As well as being responsible for the HR Administration of the associate lifecycle (including recruitment, sickness absence and contract changes) and facilities administration such as reception, switchboard, and office maintenance this role also involves general administration duties such as company car lease scheme and senior managers travel arrangements,
Within this role you will be the first point of contact for all visitors, customers and suppliers, so a professional, friendly and proactive approach will be essential.

Main Responsibilities

The main responsibilities include but are not limited to:

HR Administration:
•Recruitment (logging CV’s, arranging interviews, administering tests)
•Offers (contract preparation, references and qualification checks)
•Absence Management (recording sickness absence, collating data and monthly reporting)
•Annual leave recording
•Maternity, paternity, special, emergency leave administration
•Contract changes
•Personal record updates
•Flexitime monitoring and reporting
•Leavers administration

Facilities Administration including:
•Reception, switchboard, post and couriers
•Company stationery
•Coordinating company archive storage
•Office maintenance (fault reporting , recording and monitoring)

General administration:
•Monthly team meeting preparation
•Company car lease scheme administration
•Senior managers travel arrangements

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
Person Specification
Skills & Experience required

Must have:
•Previous knowledge and experience within a busy HR environment
•Qualified, or studying for, CIPD level 3 or equivalent
•Fully conversant with Microsoft office (Including Word, Excel & Powerpoint)
•Full and clean driving licence
