The Role:
To provide full administration and analytical support to the UK Upstream Human Resources function.

Accountable for any actions relating to HR administration processes and procedures.

Primary Functions & Dimensions:

Employee Records and Organization Charts
• Process employee changes to be recorded in SAP
• Action monthly payroll queries
• Maintain SAP organization charts
• Update Personnel Tracker System

Monthly Reporting
• Prepare monthly special recognition award budget report
• Prepare staff and contractor leaver reports
• Provide monthly man-hour report
• Prepare National Statistics Office reports
• Additional ad hoc SAP reporting for HR team and Management as required

Recruitment
• Post vacancies in Staffing Express system and manage the process of collating CV’s; arranging interviews; creating offers of employment; and rejecting unsuccessful candidates.
• Manage candidate enquiries & expenses
• Respond to speculative CVs
• Assist with the administration and coordination of Graduate and Summer Placement Recruitment.

General Administration
• General administration assisting with the day-to-day running of the HR Department
• Arrange logistics in support of delivery of local training and development courses
• Set up SAP Purchase Orders and invoice processing
• Scan, code and electronically file all employee documentation and records
• Scholarship Administration
• Collate HR Weekly Scorecard
• Manage Client involvement in Go4Set
• Support HR Business Partner’s in projects and initiatives
• Provide cover for HR Assistant
• Provide cover for Personnel Contractor Coordinator
• Any ad hoc tasks as required

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
- A degree in Business Studies or Human Resources
- Able to prioritize and meet deadlines
- High level of integrity/confidentiality, tact and diplomacy
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Numeracy skills
- Interpersonal skills
- Teamwork is essential
- Self motivated, self starter
- Effective written and oral communication at all levels
- Flexibility and willingness to continuously improve
- Proficiency in Microsoft Packages - Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.

Desirable Skills / Qualifications:
- Experience in SAP would be beneficial
