The Company:
Our Client is an O&G exploration and production company based in Aberdeen who operate in the North Sea. They have interests in a large number of fields, the majority of which they operate, on the UK Continental Shelf with numerous offshore installations and one onshore terminal.

The Role:
Position Overview
Provide administrative support to the Employee Relations team in the delivery of a customer-focused HR service, offering excellence across the entire employee lifecycle, applying exceptional process to enable effective and cost-effective HR service delivery.


Accountabilities

* Provide admin support to the Employee Relations team & manage project to upload all employee files to new online system

Key Duties

* Focal point for admin responding promptly to general HR queries
* Provide accurate reports, HR metrics and analytics
* Manage & complete the upload of all existing employee files to new online system

Capability & Employee Relations:

* Provide admin support for all ER cases, including letter preparation, updating logs and diary management
* Minute-taking as required for Investigation, Grievance, Capability and Disciplinary processes

Employee Life Cycle:

* Administer Employee exit interviews, highlighting issues, where applicable tracking trends
* Process new starts, leavers, internal moves and changes, as required
* Administer Long Service Award
* Prepare and distribute all employee communications

Health

* Support the absence management process, including long term case management
* Support Group Income Protection process where applicable

Systems

* Manage HR Information System (HRIS) data with New Starts, Promotions, Transfers and Leavers
* Perform data verification checks, systems management and exception reporting on all information held in the system
* Process holiday entitlement/reconciliation within HRIS


Education Attainment & Accreditation

* Degree qualified or 5 or more years industry experience in a similar role

Professional skills & Experience

* Experience working in a fast paced HR team or other highly sensitive environment
* Customer focused


Interpersonal Skills & Qualities

* Proficient experience in Excel, Word & Powerpoint.
* Good written and oral communication skills, highly organised..
* Self-directed with the ability to manage multiple tasks is essential.
* An excellent team player with a can do attitude, positive, highly engaging and proactive.
* Strong planning and organisational skills.
* Strong communication skills with the ability to develop effective working relationships.
