The Company:
Our Client is an International Oil and Gas Operator involved in 2 of Australia's largest LNG Projects based in Western Australia.

The Role:
Our Client is looking for an Admin Assistant to work in their busy payroll department.

The duties will include:

Setting up and maintaining employee data in the payroll system, ensuring all data changes are authorised
Preparing and processing checking against data import reporting
Transmitting EFT file to bank
Processing payroll tax and third party vendor payments
Produce standard payroll reporting and reconciliation of monthly payroll reports
Participate in payroll audits as required
Provide support to employees with payroll related enquiries and problem solving
Assist with reconciliation of payroll associated general ledger accounts

Key skills and experience required:

The ability to manage a high volume of work
Strong organisational skills and the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
High attention to detail and a commitment to meeting deadlines in an accurate and timely manner
Self motivated, with the ability to work autonomously, as well as part of a team
Confident and clear written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage with a diverse range of individuals across all levels
Strong Excel knowledge and experience would be advantageous

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
Extensive experience in end to end payroll processing (minimum 5 years solid payroll experience)
