The Role:
Responsible for the annual local allowance reviews – identifying allowances, analysing relevant market data, recommending changes, seeking internal approvals, liaising with HR Data Analyst on required SAP
Responsible for the execution of the annual pay review.
Working with the Pay Review Project Team to ensure process is completed smoothly, on time and within budget.
Lead Line Manager training sessions and employee briefings on the annual pay review
Conduct the level G and below job evaluation process – communicating levelling outcomes to HR Business Partner or Line Manager as appropriate.
Liaise with Segment Reward, HR Business Partners and Line Managers on the job evaluation process for Senior Level Leader (SLL) roles.
Own the promotion process for the Region including communication to the Business Facing team, liaising with Capability Managers and Functions on promotion nominations as required, agreeing new base salary for approved promotions and ensuring relevant salary and allowance changes are implemented
HR Manager delegation for approval of New Hire offers for the Region
Liaise with Segment Reward on Segment / Group Reward processes. Participate in calls on behalf of the Region and share highlights with the Business Facing team
Interface as necessary with the wider HR Team, Segment Reward and outsourced service providers
Provide Reward policy advice to HR colleagues and Line Managers
