The Company:
Our client is a leading global oil and gas operating company.

The Role:
HR Analyst - Level 2

Role Synopsis:
This HR role supports the delivery of HR activity for approximately 2250 employees based in Alaska.

Key Accountabilities:
• HR Systems data management- maintain & update HR systems to ensure quality and accurate records, reporting and data compliance
• GPD monthly validation of employee & contractor headcount
• Support Reward activities in the region, including the pay and performance cycle, expat tracking and market surveys as needed
• Support annual HR activities through the provision of robust data and high quality reporting and analytics
• Support the delivery of HR programs including, challenge , D&I, AAP and random drug testing
• Manage the HR shared drive content and data privacy

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
• Demonstrable experience of managing and maintaining accurate data, with a strong focus on detail and data integrity
• Experience supporting Human Resource activities
• Experience using SAP or other large scale HR Operating systems
• Ability to analyses and interpret data and provide value added insights
• Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks through effective time management & prioritization
• Experience working to tight deadlines in an environment where priorities & delivery matter
• Proven ability to deal with confidential information
• Strong focus on operational excellence and continuous improvement
• Intermediate skill in MS Office especially Excel

Desirable Skills / Qualifications:
• Experience with GPD system
• Experience with GT1
• Experience with Company policies & procedures
• Degree qualification in HR or related discipline
