Our client is an Engineering Services company, who are an international technical consultancy, providing a range of services including licence to operate, asset management, manufacturing improvement and capital investment to customers in the chemical, petrochemical, oil & gas, pharmaceutical, manufacturing and consumer industries worldwide
The HR Advisor will provide advice and guidance to Line Managers and Colleagues in discharging their responsibilities within the OSA HR Processes
Ensure all procedures are carried out within existing organisational Policy, referring all potential Non-Policy issues to the Business HR Manager
Coach and Counsel Line Managers in dealing with day to day Employee Relations Issues in own area of knowledge.
Ensure HRCS receives timely and accurate information required to support the OSA Processes within relevant payroll deadlines
Act as the HR representative in all OSA processes except Recruitment for permanent and temporary staff
Act as the HR Representative in all first level Disciplinary and Grievance cases
Develop the business unit's learning and development capability
Ad-hoc projects as required by the Business HR Manager, including management and ongoing enhancement of PA business' Short Term Assignment (STA) process
Additional duties as occasionally required.
Essential Skills / Qualifications:
Working towards CIPD Qualification
• Degree qualified or equivalent by experience
