The Company:
Our Client is an International Company involved in the supply of Energy globally. Their Operations cover Exploration, Production and Downstream and at present they have projects in over 25 Countries worldwide.
In Australia they are involved in one of the Country's largest LNG Projects, including both Gas and Condensate which is currently in Execution Stage.

The Role:
Our client is currently seeking an experienced HR Advisor to join their HR & Resourcing team in Perth.

This role will see you providing HR best practice guidance and advice to internal stakeholders to effectively manage day to day human resource activities and employee services. This includes recruitment, on boarding, mobilisation of personnel, performance management and personnel administration.

This position will be ideal for those experienced in internal Oil & Gas HR activities.
Some of the role’s responsibilities will include;

• Conduct Induction training as required.
• Preparation of HR and personnel reports and support documents as required
• Prepare policies and procedures as required
• Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle for internal clients
• Assist line managers in the organisational workforce planning process
• Assist in performance management process and record keeping
• Assist the establishment of succession planning for internal customers
• Develop professional internal client based relationships as part of the HR team.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
Skills & Experience required:
• Substantial recruiting & resourcing experience for the Oil & Gas sector
• Previous experience working in a dynamic HR team environment
• Experience in Taleo recruiting system
• Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
• Excellent attention to detail, record keeping and reports management
