The Company:
Our client is a Multinational Chemical company which will construct, own and operate a world-scale integrated chemicals complex in Saudi Arabia. Once completed, the complex will represent the largest petrochemical facility ever built in a single phase. Our client will establish a world-scale manufacturing footprint that delivers a full range of value-added, performance products destined for the emerging markets of Asia Pacific, the Middle East, Eastern Europe and Africa.

The Role:
Advise and perform tasks on payrolls, employees’ relations, employees’ services matters ensuring that policies are properly interpreted and executed.

1. Advise and assist members of management or employees on matters pertaining to: counselling, performance reviews, compensation, benefits, grievances, corrective guidance, terminations, resolutions of work-related employee personal problems and other related administrative matters.
2. Actively seek and deliver continuous improvement through process and system efficiency.
3. Evaluate employee’s attitudes, trends revealed by petitions, upward communications, counselling and grievances and recommend solutions to the HR service Manager.
4. Assist in implementing new employee relations policies and programs to facilitate workforce response consistent with policy intent.
5. Work closely with other client Organizations assisting them to understand and implement client's HR policies and procedures.
6. Advise on relevant Human Resources Management issues such as rewards, benefits, promotions and performance management.
7. Help develop and motivate a team of HR representatives through coaching and expert advice.
8. Perform any job-related activities as requested by the immediate supervisor/manager.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
• Bachelor degree in Human resources, Economics, Business Administration or any related field.
