The Company:
Our client is a specialist provider of end-to-end, tailored logistics solutions to the oil and gas industry.

The Role:
Our client is seeking experienced HR professionals to join their business unit, working a FIFO roster from Perth.

You will be responsible for providing professional HR advice to managers, supervisors and employees on site. Specifically you will be providing guidance to senior level staff in the management of performance issues, counselling and discipline, and other employee relations matters.

Your duties will include but not be limited to:

- Injury Management coordination
- Safety and environmental regulations and procedures
- Facilitate responses to employees and line managers HR queries and refer to appropriate person
- Preparation of reports
- Undertake research on HR policies and practice to aid ongoing relevance, compliance and improvement
- Respond to day to day queries on awards/agreements, legislation, contract entitlements, and terms and conditions of employment
- Implement HR policies, tools and procedures relevant to the project

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
- HR Qualification
- Significant experience in a HR Advisor capacity – a site based role is desirable
- Previous FIFO experience on a remote, construction project
- Strong understanding of relevant employment legislation
- Excellent data entry skills and attention to detail
- Proficient report writing skills
- Ability to work simultaneously on multiple issues and priorities.
- Ability to work under pressure and to deadlines
- Demonstrable experience working with IR issues, systems and practices
