The Role:
• Respond to employees’ queries received via phone and email
• Liaise with relevant HR colleagues when necessary on specific areas of queries to provide seamless resolution
• Manage, track and follow up on all queries in the ticket handling system
• Build a knowledge inventory of frequently asked questions to expedite resolution of queries accurately
• Effectively guide employees on the use of HR Self-Service Portal to obtain information
• Maintain HR Self-Service Portal to ensure that information provided is updated and relevant. Work on continuous improvement of the portal to achieve optimal effectiveness and efficiency
• Achieve key performance indicators as committed in the Service Level Agreement
• Monitor and participate in the analysis of key performance indicators to identify opportunities for improvement
• Work closely with the People Development team to develop and coordinate programs implementation, work process administration and logistical coordination.
• Contribute to the overall successful delivery of value-add HR services to our internal clients
• Responsible for supporting HR processes related to safety compliance

Desirable Skills / Qualifications:
• Diploma/Degree in Human Resources or a general discipline
• Professional qualification in Human Resource Management and SAP HR Module will be an advantage
• In addition to English, language proficiency inThai is a must
• 2 years of relevant working experience in Human Resources, ideally having done HR consulting work
• Communicate clearly and effectively, both spoken and written
• Service-oriented and works well under pressure
• Organised both in thought process and execution
• Strong interpersonal abilities and enjoy working in a matrix team set-up
• Self-motivated and strives to excel
• Keen to learn
