The Role:
Advising Line management in the processes of identification of Kazakh national staff to cover operation needs.
Coordination and administration of the CV provision with BL.
Collaboration with Recruitment agencies to search of potential candidates
Coordination and administration of the interview process and timetable for both candidates and line managers.
Conducting interview and selection processes in conjunction with line managers
Assessment of business skills and psychological profiles of candidates
Preparation of remuneration proposal for selected candidates for further management review and approval
Execution of internal DHK employees’ transfers in accordance with Company procedures
Provision of interpretation of Company HR policies and procedures and ensuring compliance with these policies.
Consulting to national and expatriate staff on Labour Legislation issues
Provision of statistical manpower data for senior management consumption.
Creating/Updating databases of candidates, vacancies, companies and other labour market details (data receipt, registration, processing, analysis, classification, evaluation, reconciliation and storage), coordination of database information retrieval and use

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
University Degree, preferably in a Behavioral Science or related subject
Minimum 3 years experience in Human Resource Management in the oil & gas industry in a multicultural or international environment

Desirable Skills / Qualifications:
Knowledge and understanding of the Kazakhstan Labour legislation and company HR policies and the application of company policies within the legislation.
Solid understanding of and proven track record to apply ‘international’ HR practices.
Good communication skills e.g. with Senior Operations Management, Staff, Government and non-Government agencies & Contractors.
Ability to think logically.
Ability to exercise good judgment
Good decision making skills
Problem solving skills
Ability to set own work/time management issues
Good negotiating and persuading skills.
Ability to use Microsoft Office applications, SAP and other HR specific applications
Guarantee a relevant level of flexibility and confidentiality to work at different levels of organization
Show evidence of high level of quality and accuracy
Have good level of spoken / written Kazakh, English and Russian
Be able to work on multiple tasks
